Work Experience
As an educator, I believe that science is not just a body of facts, but a way of thinking. I believe that it is important for students not only to achieve at science, but to realize that science is not just something that's done in a laboratory; it's all around them, in their phones, their computers, their music and movies. With this understanding, not only can they achieve in class, but they can move beyond exams, to become thinking citizens, with an appreciation for all facets of scientific investigation, for all their powers and subtleties.

While studying for my Graduate Diploma in Physics, I ran student laboratory classes, and provided private tutoring in 100-level Physics for students of Engineering and Veterinary Science.
I also worked over the summer to update and modernise the 100- and 200-level Physics laboratory classes.
